M FARUQUE AHMED, BARRISTER-AT-LAW earned an LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of Wolverhampton, UK and was called to the Bar (Bar-at-Law) from the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, United Kingdom. Mr. Ahmed was working in solicitor firms in London. Mr. Ahmed has extensive experience in banking cases, security documentation, loan syndication, commercial litigation, intellectual property suits, business fraud and government litigation. Mr. Ahmed also deals with taxation matters and vetting of various government contracts. He has good experience in banking law, commercial litigation, loan syndication, security documentation, debts recovery, government litigation, family cases, civil and criminal litigation.

K. S. SALAH UDDIN AHMED attended the University of Dhaka as an undergraduate. He earned a law degree and M.A. degree in Islamic History from the University of Dhaka. He has done Higher Diploma in Human Rights. Mr. Ahmed is enrolled as a lawyer of the Hon’ble High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He is also member of the Dhaka District Bar Association and Supreme Court Bar Association of Bangladesh. He has extensive experience in civil and criminal litigation.
